How do I place an order on your website?
Browse through our different collections (or edits), choose your items, select the size, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your mobile number and enter the OTP in the requested field. Enter your shipping details (if it's not there already), choose the payment options and complete your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and UPI options. We also offer EMI options through select payment gateways.
Can I cancel my Order after placing it?
You can cancel your order if it is still not shipped. Once it is shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact customer service immediately with the new details. Once the order is shipped, we would not be able to modify the address.
I received a payment confirmation, but I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still haven’t received it, contact customer support with your payment confirmation details, and we will assist you in locating your order.
I’m having trouble checking out—what should I do?
If you’re experiencing issues during checkout, try the following:
- Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.
- Check your internet connection.
If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
What if my payment fails but the amount is debited from my account?
In such payment failure cases, the amount is normally credited back to your account by the bank within 7 working days. For any further clarification, you can reach out to Customer Support.
How do I track my Order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the delivery partner's website.
In how many days will I receive my Order?
We usually ship your order within 24 hours (subject to availability) and it would take around 5-7 days to be delivered if you are in Metro cities. It may take up to 7-10 working days if you are in Non-Metro cities.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered package?
If you receive a package that is either damaged or tampered, you refuse to accept the delivery. Then, please contact us immediately at +91 8610030276 with your order number. We shall send you a replacement delivery at the earliest.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not provide International shipping. However, you will soon see this facility available with us.
How can I calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. You’ll see the shipping cost before completing your payment.
What happens if I’m not at home when my order is delivered?
If you’re not at home when the delivery is attempted, the delivery agent will try to re-attempt the delivery once again. If you are still not available for as long as the re-attempts are made, the package will return back to us. You can place a new order when you are available.
How do I track my shipment if the carrier doesn’t update the tracking status?
Sometimes it might take time for the tracking information to get updated. Please wait for 24 hours and if still no update, reach out to Customer support and we will track it for you
Can I change my delivery address once my order is dispatched?
Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order
What is the Return Policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. If you have received a damaged product, or different product or size, you can return the product in its original condition and get an exchange of another product as per your request. However, we do not accept refunds requests.
Can I exchange a Product for a different Product?
Yes, you can exchange a product you received for a totally different product, provided the new product is of the same or a higher price. In case of a higher price, you would need to pay the difference. You can contact customer support who will assist in placing the exchange order.
How do I initiate an exchange?
To exchange a product, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, including photos of damaged or incorrect items (if any), and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
How long does it take to process an exchange request?
Exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned product back. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the exchange order is shipped.
When will I get my exchange order delivered?
The exchange order will be delivered within 5-7 days for Metro cities and 7-10 days for Non-Metro cities.
Can I get an exchange for the Product I bought in Sale?
Exchanges are not applicable for Products bought on Sale other than damaged or wrong product / size delivered
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we will happily assist you in exchanging a damaged or incorrect product.
Do I need to pay for shipping if I want to exchange an item?
In the case of an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
