Rules for Return / Exchange

• Return requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Such Return requests are applicable only for items that are size mismatches, wrong item delivered or damaged items.
• In all such cases, we will initiate exchange of the correct item / size.
• Refunds are not accepted in any case.

Things to keep in mind during Exchange Request:

• Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
• Exchanges are not applicable on Sale Items, unless the wrong item/size delivered or damaged items.

Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the exchange will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
