Festive Sweepstakes Contest

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This contest (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above residing in India.
Employees, affiliates, partners, or agencies associated with Real N Rare are not eligible to participate.

Every valid purchase made on the official Real N Rare website during the contest period automatically qualifies as one entry into the sweepstakes.
Multiple purchases = multiple entries (e.g., 3 separate orders = 3 entries).
Cancelled or returned orders will not be counted as valid entries.

Every customer making a valid purchase will receive a ₹500 Real N Rare Voucher via email / phone number within 3 working days.
The Vouchers can be redeemed on your next purchase on the website with a minimum purchase of ₹2000
All the Gift vouchers will have 6 months validity after which it will be expired.
Voucher codes will not be printed on the physical card to prevent misuse.
Each voucher code is unique, one-time use only, and linked to the customer’s email ID.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other vouchers.
Real N Rare is not responsible for lost or deleted emails. Customers must ensure their email address is correct at checkout.

One winner will receive the Grand Prize: ₹5000 Real N Rare Gift Card.
The winner will be selected via a random draw after the contest ends.
The winner will be contacted via their registered email/phone. If no response is received within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.
The ₹5000 gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Grand Prize Gift Voucher will have 6 months validity and must be redeemed within this period.
The voucher can be redeemed only once and cannot be split into multiple orders.

If a customer returns/cancels their order, both the entry into the sweepstakes and the ₹500 voucher will be void.
If the voucher was already used before the return, Real N Rare reserves the right to recover the redeemed voucher amount from the customer.

Voucher codes are unique and traceable to each customer. Sharing, duplicating, or attempting to resell vouchers is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to misuse voucher codes (e.g., creating multiple fake accounts, bulk orders with intent to cancel) will result in disqualification from the sweepstakes and cancellation of vouchers.
Real N Rare reserves the right to block suspicious accounts or cancel fraudulent entries without notice.

Real N Rare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The decision of Real N Rare will be final and binding in case of any disputes.
